[Genesis was early. Of course he was early. It was prudent to be punctual for a date, especially when one is uncertain of who might make themselves present for it. Still, he had set himself up with an early glass of wine and his book, reading as he waits. Why not? It gives him some barrier, meager as it is, from being immediately recognized.
Which is a lie. It probably makes him more recognizable given he was in his red leather and his normal jewelry. At least he'd put on a nice white reinterpretation of a peasant blouse under it for some interesting change. And leather pants. Who could go wrong with leather pants?]
