"Trust me, I don't just jump into things anymore. Looking at prices just means I'm making sure I could even afford to live out there. Besides I can't just up and move over the summer, I'll have to make sure they can replace me at the school and get all that squared away." Not to mention deal with Dustin's whining about even the idea of him moving.
