There's a pause after Billy says it, Steve's own tired brain catching up, before he just smiles and actually steps over to the blonde.
"One kiss couldn't hurt, right?" He's already in Billy's space and dipping the inch or so difference to press his lips to the corner of the others mouth. Fairly innocent but still full of some sort of promise, almost like if they weren't both tired and other factors...there might have been more?
