"Got it," Billy says as he manages the pancake making with ease. "You ever consider making silver dollar pancakes? A lot smaller, cook faster, but you're using the same batter. Might make her feel like she's eating lots of pancakes without eating any more than normal."
It's a strange thing to suggest, but Billy remembers his own mother doing the same for him as a little kid.
